Being the rightful and legal owner of a unit at Kruger Park Lodge and legitimate member of the KPL HOA, hereby voluntarily pledge and grant my support to RAG Stakeholder group known as the KPL Residents Action Group (KPL RAG). KPL RAG is founded through my support as a homeowner, after becoming disillusioned by the HOA, Board and General Management in terms of my rights and investment at Kruger Park Lodge as a legal homeowner. KPL RAG primarily aims to unity homeowners irrespective of ownership type to progress the agenda of home ownership with the existing management teams to address costs, transparency, accountability and general treatment of myself as a home owner. Membership of KPL RAG in no way whatsoever changes my rights or privileges as a member of the HOA and or the rights I have to address matters directly with KPL management and or the Board as the case may be.
